Emma Guo - Australian U12 Girls Champion (Kaleen Primary)

Kayleigh Smith - Australian U14 Girls Champion (Curtin Primary in 2005, Alfred Deakin HS in 2006)

Andrew Brown - equal 1st U14 Open (& 1st on countback) but ranked second after a playoff for the title (Canberra HS)

Australian Junior Blitz (Lightning or 5min chess) Champions

Megan Setiabudi - Australian U10 Girls Blitz Champion (St Thomas the Apostle Primary)

Emma Guo - Australian U12 Girls Blitz Champion (Kaleen Primary)

Yi Yuan and Justin Chow - Australian U12 Open Blitz Champion (Sacred Heart Primary and elopea Park School)

Kayleigh Smith - Australian U14 Girls Blitz Champion (Curtin Primary in 2005, Alfred Deakin HS in 2006)

Junta Ikeda - Australian Open U16 Blitz Champion (Belconnen HS).  Junta finished =1st overall in this U18 event but lost the overall (U18) title in a playoff.

with Justin Chow (Telopea Park School) placing 2nd in the U14 Open Blitz and Gareth Oliver (Radford College in 2005, ANU in 2006) placing 2nd in the U18 Open Blitz.  Sherab Guo-Yuthok (Lyneham HS) elected to play in the Adult event and placed =1st in the U1800 rating division.
